Stay cosy with our gas-fire lounge that adds both warmth and ambience. The house is fully heated for those chilly winter evenings with gas radiators, gas fire and air conditioning. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms adds to a pleasant underfoot experience. The home also maximises the sun, getting the early morning rays and afternoon warmth which significantly contributes to the welcoming atmosphere. When combined with the stunning lake and mountain views it is a pleasure returning to the home. A radiator in the laundry room allows you to dry ski-gear on the overhead drying rack.

Kitchen

For culinary enthusiasts, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. A small beer fridge and a scullery housing, as well as a dishwasher and microwave, add to the convenience.

Outdoor

The upper deck, conveniently located off the kitchen, features a BBQ perfect for summer grilling. It also offers a tranquil outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals on warm summer nights while taking in the breathtaking sunset over Lake Wanaka.
