The guest wing's living area opens onto the lawn, with all bedrooms upstairs. These include a twin room, a queen room, and a super king room (which can be split) with a private balcony showcasing sweeping lake views.

Both the main homestead and guest wing provide internal and external access for convenience. For the younger guests, a children's media room adjoins the main living area, complete with games, books, toys, and its own TV.
